Our Staff

Our staff works together seamlessly as a team to provide you with an outstanding dental experience.  Each member of our staff plays an important role in combining comfort and quality.  The majority of our staff has been with us over nine years, since opening my office in Huntersville in 1998.

Dr. Brent Crawford DDS

Dr. Crawford is a lifelong resident of North Carolina.  He completed his undergraduate training and achieved his dental degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was the president of his graduating class.  Dr. Crawford spent four years of general practice in the United States Navy while stationed at Camp Lejeune and Marine Corp Air Station, Cherry Point.  In 1993, Dr. Crawford relocated to Greenville, N.C., and practiced as an associate and partner with Dr. Gary Michels.  While in Greenville, Dr. Crawford continued his practice in all phases of general dentistry.

In 1998, Dr. Crawford opened his family and cosmetic dentistry practice in Huntersville, N.C.  His professional affiliations include memberships in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the North Carolina and Iredell County Dental Society.  He is also a volunteer dentist for the Baptist Dental Bus.

As well as being a remarkable dentist, Dr. Crawford is a wonderful husband and a proud father.  He and his wife, Susanne have been married since 1990 and have three daughters, Morgan, Rachel and Erin.

Front Desk – Wanda, Audrey, Kellie and Susanne

Our front desk members are here to assure your visit is pleasant and efficient.  You will be greeted and your appointment will be reconfirmed once you arrive.  They will be here to assist you in scheduling appointments and answering your financial and insurance concerns.

Dental Hygiene – Linda, Susan and Karen

We have three experienced dental hygienists to provide you with a gentle and personalized teeth cleaning.  Each hygienist attends many continuing education programs each year.  They each have a spacious treatment room customized to allow your visit with us to be as comfortable as possible.  Each room is equipped with satellite television, CD headphones and blankets for your pleasure. Additionally, these qualified professionals offer an extensive soft-tissue management program, often avoiding the need for surgical gum procedures.

Dental Assistants – Kathy and Lena

We have two Certified Dental Assistants to work chair-side with our doctors.  Each has a thorough understanding of the latest procedures and materials.  Constant continuing education and cross-training are a large part of our assisting program.  Kathy and Lena share a genuine concern for keeping you comfortable during your visit.

Sterilization/Lab/Assistant - Jackie

The health and safety of our patients is a top priority, as well as that of our staff.  We have a state-of-the-art sterilization facility that ensures you are getting the highest quality of care possible, even when it comes to our instruments.  Jackie has completed her course work in dental assisting and is an experienced lab technician. She works hard to ensure that our instruments have been properly handled and the sterilization process has been completed for your safety.
